Refund Policy

At Epic Strategies & Solutions LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services grounded in expertise, strategic insight, and professional time investment. Due to the intangible and customized nature of consulting services, all fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated or delivered, including but not limited to advisory sessions, strategic planning, assessments, and implementation work.
Pre-Service Cancellations: If a client cancels services prior to the commencement of work, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Epic Strategies & Solutions LLC. Any approved refund will be reduced by administrative fees, time spent on preparation, and any incurred business costs.
Ongoing Engagements: For services delivered on a recurring or milestone basis, clients may terminate the agreement with written notice. However, no refunds will be issued for services already performed, work in progress, or completed deliverables. Any outstanding balances for work performed up to the termination date remain due and payable.
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for actively participating in the consulting process, including timely communication, provision of required information, and engagement in agreed-upon activities. Lack of participation does not qualify for a refund.
Compliance with Georgia Law: This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. By engaging services with Epic Strategies & Solutions LLC, clients acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. This policy is designed to comply with applicable Georgia consumer protection laws, including provisions related to service-based transactions.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located within the State of Georgia.
